How do I choose between the three dining styles?

For easy mingling, go with the buffet — Loherb Light Bites, optionally with the Loherb Grill. For a polished seated dinner, choose a set menu. For teas and light lunches in a small group, the semi-buffet fits best.

What does a venue buyout include?

The buyout fee covers use of the space only — food and lodging are extra. The exception: a full T+H buyout comes with 30 complimentary servings of Loherb Light Bites.
