LOHERB Villa Booking Information & Friendly Reminders

Welcome to LOHERB Villa. We look forward to making your stay comfortable. Here are the arrival details and fees that are helpful to know before your trip.

During Your Stay

• Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please do not bring illegal drugs, and keep noise down after 22:00 so everyone can rest comfortably.
• Pets are welcome in Building A only. Pets are not permitted in other room types; our team can help you inquire about a cooperating pet boarding service.
• All guests check in at the Building T reception. If you are staying in Building F or A, leave your luggage in your vehicle first and our team will guide you to your building.

  

Deposits & Additional Fees

• Please pay your booking deposit using the payment link within three days of making your reservation.
• For a deposit-based reservation, the refundable portion of the deposit depends on how many days before arrival you cancel: 14 days or more, 100%; 10–13 days, 70%; 7–9 days, 50%; 4–6 days, 40%; 2–3 days, 30%; one day, 20%. A cancellation on the arrival date has no deposit refund.
• The additional-guest fee is NT$1,000 per person aged two or older.
• Additional items: extra bed NT$500; baby cot NT$300; cot bumper NT$100; extra duvet NT$100.
• Breakfast and afternoon tea are included during your stay. A set meal at LOHERB Cuisine can be added separately.
• For a later check-out, please speak with reception in advance. Subject to room availability, the late check-out fee is NT$500 per hour.
• Guests staying with pets in Building A pay a cleaning fee of NT$800.
