【Registration and Collection Period】 For digital stimulus vouchers, registration and binding with digital payment platforms start from September 22, 2021. For paper stimulus vouchers, reservations can be made starting from September 25, 2021, through convenience stores or the official website. Starting from October 4, 2021, reservations can also be made through the post office website or by phone.
【Digital Voucher Collection Method】 Starting from October 8, 2021, the digital stimulus vouchers can be used for consumption at eligible merchants through the pre-registered digital payment platforms. After making eligible purchases, the cashback will be credited to the digital payment account after 7 days.
【Paper Voucher Collection Method】 In the first phase, from October 12 to October 30, 2021, those who made phone or online reservations can collect the paper stimulus vouchers. In the second phase, from November 1, 2021, to April 30, 2022, bulk reservations and on-site collection will be available.
