The T-Building usually serves as the reception lobby for the LOHERB Villa resort. It includes a 66-square-meter (approx. 20-ping) bright indoor dining area that can accommodate 15 seated guests. The space is fully equipped with a projector, a 110-inch projection screen, high-speed Wi-Fi, an audio system, and power extension cords.

【Lobby Area】 Originally designed as a relaxation space for guests waiting to check in, this area is ideal for use as a corridor or transition space. Seating Area】 Perfect for approximately 15 guests, this space features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural lighting. The decor combines white stone tabletops with stone flooring to create a "subdued luxury" style. We recommend pairing this area with the outdoor Waterfront Boulevard (covered corridor) to highlight a sense of grand and elegant ceremony.
