【Check-in Location】

LOHERB Villa is on Baofu Road in Dongshan, Yilan, with on-site parking. Use the property map for your route. The main reception is in Building T; travel time from Taipei varies with traffic.

Follow the self check-in notice sent for your booking. Building F and A arrivals generally use the reception in Building F, while Building T and H arrivals should follow the instructions for those buildings.

【Self-Check-In Guide】

  1. Follow your arrival notice for the entrance arrangements that evening.
  2. Collect your room key and instructions at the location specified in your arrival notice. The key card gives access to your room.
  3. For rooms in F or A buildings, please collect your room key at the F Building reception. For rooms in T buildings, please collect your room key at the T Building front desk. For rooms in H buildings, please collect your room key at the H Building front desk.
  4. The letters in the room number represent the building, and the first number indicates the floor.
  5. A manual for room equipment is provided in the room for reference and operation.
     If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the front desk staff.
