For the 2024 edition, the Yilan Dongshan Old River Port Lantern Festival will commence on January 14th. During the event, in addition to the splendid lighting in the lantern area, there will also be a variety of activities including concerts and fireworks shows. On holidays, a railway market will be organized, featuring cultural and creative brands, food stalls, and handicrafts.
