Upon entering through the entrance next to the ticket booth at Tiger Rice Noodle Factory, visitors will arrive at the immersive 1970s Taiwan nostalgic street scene, which is the main highlight of Tiger Rice Noodle Factory. Inside, there are various old shops from the 70s era where visitors can not only observe but also actively participate in hands-on activities and enjoy food and drinks. After exploring the area, visitors can conclude their visit by returning to the installation art zone for a final photo opportunity. The layout is meticulously planned and well-rounded.

Tiger Brother Installation Art

Upon arriving at Tiger Rice Noodle Factory, you will be greeted by the eye-catching Tiger Brother Bus. Not only can you take photos of it from the outside, but you can also step inside and actually stand in the bus, giving you a sense of being in a Ghibli-like Catbus.

In addition to the iconic Tiger Brother Bus, there are also numerous medium-sized Tiger Brother and Tiger Sister dolls scattered throughout the park. At the exit, there is a retro nostalgic painted corridor that allows us to appreciate early Taiwanese rural life, creating an immersive experience.

Unlimited Rice Noodles and DIY Stir-Fried Rice Noodles.

The signature dish at Tiger Rice Noodle Factory is the all-you-can-eat traditional stir-fried rice noodles, which offers a nostalgic experience in the old street area. Guests can savor the pure rice noodles made with Jiaoxi hot spring rice, which is exclusive to Yilan, creating a special ambiance. In addition to enjoying the delicious food and drinks, visitors can also book a DIY experience at Ah Jiao Rice Noodle Stall next to the grocery store. They can actively participate in the process of making stir-fried rice noodles, accompanied by small props such as chef hats provided as a gift. It truly feels like going back to the 1970s and continuing the legacy of the delicious rice noodle tradition.
