【Overview of Highway Control Measures】
【High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Control】
During specific periods, only passenger vehicles with three or more occupants, including the driver, will be allowed to use the HOV lanes. This mainly targets the northbound entrances of National Highway No. 5 and certain entrances of National Highways No. 1 and No. 3.
