Overview of Highway Control Measures

High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Control
During specific periods, only passenger vehicles with three or more occupants, including the driver, will be allowed to use the HOV lanes. This mainly targets the northbound entrances of National Highway No. 5 and certain entrances of National Highways No. 1 and No. 3.
